Full-service Webinar Solution

Our full-service webinar solution enables you to outsource the entire production of a webinar to us. In this case, an experienced project manager from Webinar.nl takes care of the entire webinar production activities and is on hand to guide you through the whole process. The cost is calculated per webinar, and you are not required to invest in any hardware. The webinar broadcast can be set up on your premises, in our webinar studio or at an external location (e.g. a hotel, congress centre, studio, etc.) as you prefer.

Self-service Webinar Solution

If you intend to hold webinars regularly and are able to produce a webinar yourself (which is easier than you might think), our self-service webinar solution could be the ideal option for you. Purchasing a RoyalCast licence for an annual fee entitles you to produce, broadcast and archive an unlimited number of (interactive) webinars per year. The licence fee includes all hosting and streaming costs for up to 1,000 simultaneous viewers (via PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone). This solution requires you to make a one-off investment in a RoyalCast Encoder for connection to your audio-visual equipment.
